The Children's Nursery in Swanley Park has now been completed and they are now open
The design is focused on environmental principles, including the use of natural materials and a green wall to blend into the beautiful surroundings of the park.
The nursery will provide ample space and luxurious classrooms for babies to school aged children and will replace the current use in St Marys Road which is due to be redeveloped.

BBC Television Centre.
The roof top extension at the BBC Television Centre in White City is now complete is now complete . The space extended the restaurant accommodation at the lower levels and features a large roof terrace.

Gaza Timber Limited
Works are continuing on the rebuilding of the retail unit for Gaza Timber Ltd. The original building was completely destroyed in a major fire incident in 2019.
Haskins Designs have been appointed to complete the contract administration of the project which is due to be completed in 2021 by Stevens Brothers Ltd(Sussex)
Office Extension and Conversion.
104, High Street Sidcup.
Works involve the construction of a four storey rear extension to the existing building and the conversion of the two upper floors from office use to residential apartments.
The new extension will accommodate a range of new 1 & 2 bedroom apartments with additional office space on the ground floor. Due to complete in October 2021 Haskins Designs have been instructed to carry out the Contract Administration.
